The Role of Occupational Health Specialist

The Occupational Health Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive occupational health solutions within Almarai. This involves performing health-related assessments for employees and workplaces, reporting and escalating occupational conditions, and developing occupational health initiatives to benefit the division and the company as a whole.

Key Responsibilities

• Align, implement, and maintain an Occupational Health Service in accordance with divisional and group objectives.
• Maintain and analyze employee occupational health records, generating relevant statistics.
• Develop and implement occupational health-related training programs for managers, safety advisors, and other Almarai employees.
• Identify and assess health hazards, and conduct surveillance of employees within their work environments.
