About the Role

Amazon is expanding its Operations team and is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a Delivery Station in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing shift management within a first-mile fulfillment center, middle-mile sortation center, or final-mile delivery station. Operations Supervisors are integral to daily operations, ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently at every stage of the logistics chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities within the work area.
• Manage and train Associates to ensure high-quality service delivery for customers.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in adherence to quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide critical shift-related information continuously to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout shifts to meet and exceed operational plans and forecasts.
• Engage with support functions and other departments to address common issues or needs in key performance areas such as process area readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Contribute to solving logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation, and process optimization.
