About the Opportunity

TASNEE is seeking a Primary Slitter Operator III, Offline to join its manufacturing operations in Dammam. This full-time role is integral to achieving production targets and maintaining high-quality standards for plastic products.

Role Overview

The Operator III, Offline will be responsible for the precise operation of the main slitter machine. This position requires taking full control of all main slitter machine activities, ensuring consistent quality that meets customer needs, and adhering strictly to standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Load mill rolls to the slitter, set up the machine, and load paper cores (cut to proper sizes) as per the production plan.
• Ensure the correctness of every setup as required by the Slitter Job Order to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Operate the slitter machine effectively and in compliance with all safety standards.
• Inspect and monitor the quality of rolls being slitted and place them in the designated area for appropriate actions.
• Perform Quality Control (QC) checks as per slitted roll specifications, both during and after the completion of slitting.
• Conduct visual inspections, including assessing winding quality and the overall appearance of the produced roll.
• Test and record roll hardness using a Test Hammer.
• Unload slitted rolls and transport them to the packing area or designated area for semi-finished goods.
• Issue labels for produced rolls and accurately enter production data into the production Oracle / Bonfanti System Application.
• Record production data (input/output details), prepare shift reports, and maintain a logbook of shift slitting activities.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the slitter machine and the surrounding slitter area.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or operator role.
• Ability to operate machinery effectively and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Commitment to safety standards and quality control.
