This critical role involves overseeing the manufacturing operations for transformer oil tanks and requires a professional with over 10 years of relevant experience in production management.

Role Overview

The Production Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of daily production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. This hands-on role demands a proactive leader capable of driving continuous improvement and managing a dynamic manufacturing environment within the transformer oil tank sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations specifically for transformer oil tank manufacturing.
• Plan and manage workshop scheduling, resource allocation, and implement on-site 8S management principles.
• Drive production output to consistently meet established delivery targets and stringent quality standards.
• Lead and manage shift teams, ensuring adherence to shop-floor discipline and optimizing production workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Identify and effectively resolve production issues, actively driving continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure smooth and integrated operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in production management, ideally within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to be responsible and adopt a hands-on approach to managing production operations.
• Proven capacity to perform effectively and maintain productivity under pressure.
