Production Planning Coordinator

About the Role

Musco Lighting is seeking a Production Planning Coordinator to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is essential for ensuring timely production completion through effective planning and coordination with various teams.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to develop and manage production plans, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams to meet project deadlines. The coordinator acts as a critical link between manufacturing and sales, facilitating clear and timely communication regarding project status and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Serve as the information conduit for projects between manufacturing and sales, ensuring effective and timely communication.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all project-related information and communications within the company's system.
• Establish and update the Monthly Production Plan, distributing it to relevant departments as needed.
• Monitor the fulfillment of the Monthly Production Plan to ensure proper execution.
• Manage the acceptance of Production Documents and gather essential project information, including aiming diagrams, order summaries, and part listings by job range.
• Conduct Project Review/Production Document Review upon release of Production Documents and transfer relevant Controlled Documents to floor personnel.
• Track daily productivity and assess production efficiency.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the company.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in production planning or a related coordination role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and track project information effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region. The role involves working closely with manufacturing, sales, and other internal teams to achieve production goals.
