QC INSPECTOR

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a QC Inspector to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals only and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on ensuring product quality through diligent inspection and adherence to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inline testing for job orders to ensure all required specifications are met.
• Attend job start-ups and approve the dispatching of start-up samples for laboratory testing after completing all necessary inline inspections.
• Complete Quality Control Inspection Reports (QCIR) upon product inspection to document findings and maintain accurate records.
• Initiate Internal Rejections (IRs) for products that do not meet specifications, label them with a "Hold" tag, move them to the Quarantine area, and submit the IR form to the QC Team Leader.
• Submit the IR Report to the concerned Section Head for proper investigation, once approved by the QC Unit Head.
• Label "Hold" products with the appropriate tag (Segregate, Caution, Waste) following IR finalization, ensuring the outcome is clear to the relevant section.
• Inspect re-worked goods to confirm the resulting product is free of defects.
