About the Role

SRACO Company is seeking a QHSE Internal Auditor to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves conducting audits of Facility Management (FM) projects to ensure compliance with established standards and policies. The auditor will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct audits of Facility Management projects, encompassing both soft services (housekeeping, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste management) and hard services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, fire protection, and maintenance).
Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards, corporate policies, ISO requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Identify risks, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement within audited projects.
Contribute to the development and delivery of HSE training and awareness programs.
Enhance workforce competency and strengthen the overall safety culture through training and compliance efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated understanding of QHSE standards, ISO requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Experience in auditing facility management operations, covering both soft and hard services.

Skills and Attributes

Strong analytical skills to identify risks and non-conformities.
Ability to contribute to the development and delivery of training programs.
Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region. The role operates within a framework focused on maintaining high standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance across various facility management projects.
