About the RPA Support Specialist Role

Bavarian Capital is expanding its technical support capabilities and is seeking an RPA Support Specialist. This full-time, remote position is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The specialist will play a crucial role in assisting a major Saudi infrastructure group with their ongoing digital operations, focusing on the stability and efficiency of automated processes.

Role Purpose and Team Integration

As a member of our dedicated automation team, the RPA Support Specialist will focus on the daily monitoring and maintenance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are technically minded and adept at troubleshooting within a structured environment. The specialist will collaborate closely with Bavarian Capital's developers and the client's internal teams to identify issues, perform basic fixes, and ensure seamless data flow across various platforms, supporting the client's large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor active RPA bots to ensure tasks are completed according to schedule and predefined logic.
• Perform initial troubleshooting for process failures, identifying whether issues stem from data inputs or system updates.
• Document technical issues and their resolutions in a clear and organized manner to build a knowledge base.
• Coordinate with senior developers to implement updates or minor structural changes to existing automation bots.
• Generate regular reports on bot performance and system health for the infrastructure client to ensure transparency.
• Verify data integrity across automated workflows to prevent errors in capital management and reporting systems.
• Assist in the deployment of new automation scripts into the production environment, following strict testing protocols.
• Provide basic technical guidance and support to client staff who interact with automated reports or data dashboards.
