Sales Executive

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves supporting the Sales team in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The primary objective is to maximize revenue across all hotel segments while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting client visits, preparing proposals, and negotiating business opportunities. This position requires representing the hotel in a professional manner and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and quotations.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed business.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with operational departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
• Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Sales, Hospitality, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and the local market is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The role involves working closely with the Sales team and other operational departments within the hotel environment.
