About the Role: Senior Mechanical Supervisor

Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Mechanical Supervisor for the DR Legacy fleet to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves overseeing all technical aspects of the company’s control systems and managing the scope of work during equipment installation and overhaul during service outages.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installation and overhaul of industrial steam turbines (IST) and related equipment according to OEM quality standards.
• Supervise and direct a team in performing complete overhaul and installation of steam turbines as per service requirements.
• Verify OEM installation instructions and readings, including baseplate levelness and alignment.
• Interpret P&ID and dimensional drawings.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis when necessary.
• Execute complex repairs on machinery and ancillary systems, and articulate findings to engineering for issue resolution.
• Communicate progress, schedule updates, and recommend spare parts to clients, preparing detailed technical reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in mechanical supervision.
• Proven capability in mechanical installation and overhaul of industrial steam turbines and associated equipment.
• Experience in leading and directing teams for overhaul and installation projects.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and performing root cause analysis.
