WETICO is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading mechanical assembly and integration for projects within the oil & gas, petrochemical, and water treatment sectors.

Role Overview

The Mechanical Assembly Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the assembly and integration of skids, packages, and various equipment. The primary objective is to ensure that all assembly activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in strict adherence to engineering drawings and established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical assembly operations and manage daily work assignments for the assembly team.
• Ensure equipment assembly complies with engineering drawings, P&IDs, and project specifications.
• Oversee critical tasks including equipment alignment, flange management, bolting procedures, gasket installation, and torqueing.
• Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) for dimensional accuracy, fit-up, and completeness inspections.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, including safe lifting, rigging, and manual handling practices.
• Manage and maintain tools, fixtures, and calibrated torque equipment.
• Lead 5S initiatives, provide coaching to assembly technicians, and report progress to Production Management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in mechanical assembly supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage an assembly team effectively.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, P&IDs, and project specifications.
• Proficiency in flange management, bolting, gasket installation, and torqueing.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and safe operational practices.
