About the Role

Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join the Grid Technologies Substations Project Management team. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and targets experienced professionals with 5-10 years of background in engineering project management, particularly within the energy and power transmission sectors. The role involves leading substation projects for major clients, ensuring safe, timely, and budget-compliant delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of substation projects, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Implement and manage project governance frameworks, including risk management and change control.
• Act as an escalation point for complex project challenges, facilitating timely decision-making.
• Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and team performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in engineering project management.
• Strong background in the energy and power transmission sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop project teams.
• Experience in managing project governance frameworks, risk management, and change control.
