Role Overview

The Specialist I, Talent Development will play a supporting role in the implementation and coordination of various talent development initiatives. This full-time position contributes to fostering employee growth and enhancing organizational capabilities within ARO Drilling, ensuring that employees have the resources and opportunities to develop their skills and advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs and workshops.
