About the Role

Modern Mills For Food Products Co. is seeking a Team Leader, Merchandising to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role involves leading and coordinating the daily activities of the merchandising team to ensure excellent in-store execution, product visibility, and compliance with retail standards across assigned territories. The position is critical in supporting sales growth, strengthening brand presence, and delivering a consistent customer experience across the company's retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective in-store merchandising and optimal product visibility.
• Maintain strict compliance with planograms, pricing, and display standards.
• Execute promotional activities and uphold merchandising standards consistently.
• Promptly identify and resolve any store execution issues.
• Monitor merchandising Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and team productivity.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions to enhance execution effectiveness.

Team Leadership and Supervision

• Lead, coach, and continuously monitor the performance of the merchandising team.
• Allocate daily assignments and oversee field activities to ensure efficient operations.

Stakeholder Coordination and Continuous Improvement

• Coordinate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain departments.
• Provide support for new product launches and various promotional campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to enhance merchandising effectiveness and efficiency.
• Share relevant market insights and best practices with the wider team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline is required.
• Experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in FMCG merchandising.
  • A minimum of 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within a merchandising team.
  • Experience within both modern trade and traditional trade channels is preferred.
