About the Role

Manufacturing Plant - KSA is seeking a Technical Sales Manager I - Saudi National to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role focuses on developing and maintaining market opportunities within the upstream oil and gas sector, primarily for downhole activities. The manager will engage with key stakeholders, including end-users, contractors, and industry associations, to understand technical requirements and qualify solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and maintain market development opportunities for upstream oil and gas activities, with a focus on downhole operations.
Contact, liaise, and follow up with upstream oil and gas operators to understand their technical requirements and qualify company solutions.
Liaise with the sales manager responsible for the commercial plan and collaborate with R&D teams to develop new solutions.
Maintain strong working relationships with clients while representing the company's image.
Ensure all technical offers for business opportunities comply with customer technical requirements, considering the oil and gas well environment.
Provide expert guidance on well design, resolve complex pipe selection and operational failure issues, and create models demonstrating a strong value proposition.
Manage a large customer portfolio, prioritizing and addressing customer needs effectively.
Independently manage large, complex customers (such as ADNOC, ARAMCO, and international IOCs) with stringent technical requirements, as well as smaller operators.
Understand, implement, and adhere to all company commercial and social responsibility policies, ensuring company interests are maintained.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in technical sales or market development within the oil and gas upstream sector, particularly with downhole activities.
