About the Role

Iduast Company is seeking a Transformer Quality System Specialist to join their team in King Salman Energy Park, Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) for transformer manufacturing operations.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure strict compliance with international standards, customer requirements, and company procedures within the transformer manufacturing process. The specialist will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization's quality framework.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and comprehensive quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IEC, SASO, and all specified customer quality requirements.
Support and facilitate internal, external, and customer quality audits.
Manage non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and lead quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed quality performance reports.
Coordinate effectively with Production, Engineering, Testing, and other Quality teams to enhance process and product quality.
Support quality system training programs and ensure robust documentation control practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess:

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality management systems, preferably within transformer manufacturing operations or a closely related industrial sector.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based at Iduast Company's facilities within King Salman Energy Park (SPARK) in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
