Accounts Payable

About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves supporting the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, contributing to the overall financial operations of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices and employee reimbursements accurately and on time.
• Monitor and reconcile vendor statements, identify outstanding items, and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Schedule and execute payments to vendors according to agreed terms while supporting cash flow requirements.
• Update accounts payable systems and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Assist with accruals and invoice tracking to support timely and accurate financial close processes.
• Address vendor and internal inquiries promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary.
• Prepare documentation and support internal and external audit processes as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in an accounts payable or related financial role.
• Ability to process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Familiarity with vendor account reconciliation and statement monitoring.
• Understanding of timely payment scheduling and cash flow support.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate financial records and systems.
