ARAMCO QM QUALIFIED VENDOR INSPECTOR

About the Role

Apave International is seeking an ARAMCO QM Qualified Vendor Inspector to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves supporting multiple upcoming and ongoing inspection assignments, focusing on vendor surveillance and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute source and vendor inspections.
• Witness Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Conduct stage-wise surveillance in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Review Material Test Reports (MTRs).
• Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Produce timely and defensible vendor inspection reports.

Required Saudi Aramco QM Approval Codes

Candidates must possess valid Saudi Aramco QM approvals in one or more of the following scopes:

• Mechanical & Static Equipment: QM03, QM04, QM05, QM06, QM07, QM08
• Piping, Valves & Fittings: QM09, QM10, QM11, QM12, QM13, QM14, QM15
• Electrical & Instrumentation: QM26, QM30, QM31
• Specialized & NDT Disciplines: QM35, QM68, QM69

Experience and Competency Profile

• Proven field experience in executing source/vendor inspections.
• Thorough familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards (SAES, SAMSS, SAEP) and applicable international codes (ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, IEC).
• Strong background across the oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
• High proficiency in technical documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required Experience

Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience in vendor surveillance and quality control.
