About the Role

Future Aswaq is seeking a Branch Supervisor for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role is central to overseeing the overall performance and daily operations of an assigned branch, ensuring effective coordination across various critical areas.

Role Purpose and Coordination

The Branch Supervisor serves as the primary point of coordination between Head Office departments and the branch. This involves managing all instructions and requirements related to the branch, assigning tasks, and following up with the Operations Supervisor and the Accommodation and Transportation Officer to ensure responsibilities are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all branch activities in adherence to company policies, approved procedures, contractual obligations, and management instructions.
• Receive and assign branch-related instructions and requirements from Head Office departments to the responsible branch employees.
• Monitor task completion, ensuring deadlines and service standards are consistently met.
• Ensure business continuity and prevent service disruptions at client sites, accommodation facilities, and transportation operations.
• Oversee the daily operational performance of all client sites under the branch's purview.
• Arrange prompt replacements for absent, resigned, terminated, rejected, or medically unfit employees.
• Review daily attendance and manpower reports, investigating any significant discrepancies.
• Conduct periodic visits to client sites to inspect operational performance and meet client representatives.
• Address client complaints promptly and implement corrective actions in coordination with relevant departments.
• Supervise the Accommodation and Transportation Officer, ensuring proper management of employee accommodation.
• Ensure accommodation facilities comply with company standards, municipal requirements, safety regulations, hygiene, and applicable government regulations.
• Conduct regular accommodation inspections, documenting observations and corrective actions.
• Oversee daily employee transportation between accommodation facilities and client sites.
• Ensure transportation schedules align with client shifts and operational requirements.
• Review and address transportation delays, breakdowns, route problems, driver violations, and employee complaints, ensuring appropriate corrective action.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in branch supervision or a similar operational management role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, requiring active oversight of branch operations, client sites, and employee facilities. The role involves significant coordination with both Head Office departments and branch personnel.
