Business Development Manager

About the Role

Management Solutions International (MSI) is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities within the Saudi recruitment and staffing market. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Saudi recruitment and staffing market.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, market research, and direct client engagement.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to understand workforce requirements.
• Present and promote recruitment, manpower supply, executive search, outsourcing, and workforce solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements in line with client requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts, and successfully close new business.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development, sales, and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up with prospective clients.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
• Manage recruitment and manpower projects sourced through local and international recruitment agencies and partners.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with overseas recruitment agencies to support bulk hiring and international manpower requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, opportunities, proposals, and sales activities in the CRM.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven Business Development/Sales experience specifically within the Recruitment, Staffing, Manpower Supply, or Workforce Solutions industry.
• Mandatory experience in the Saudi Arabian recruitment/staffing market.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi recruitment and manpower supply landscape.
• Proven track record of generating new clients and closing recruitment/staffing contracts.
• Existing corporate network in Dammam and the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
