Business Development Manager

About the Role

Tristar Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is focused on driving profitable growth for Tristar's road transport business in Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to secure new contracts and expand strategic customer accounts. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue and margin targets across various transportation sectors, including fuel, lubricants, chemicals, and bulk liquid transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with customers in oil & gas, petrochemical, aviation, mining, industrial, and energy sectors.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key customers such as Aramco, SABIC, Shell, BP, ExxonMobil, TotalEnergies, and other major industrial clients.
• Manage tender opportunities, ensuring timely, competitive, and compliant submissions.
• Lead the complete sales cycle, from prospecting through proposal development, commercial negotiation, contract award, and handover to Operations.
• Deliver annual revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop commercially viable transport solutions in collaboration with Operations and HSE teams.
• Grow existing customer accounts through contract renewals, additional routes, fleet expansion, and new service offerings.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and emerging business opportunities.
• Ensure commercial compliance with company governance, HSE standards, and contractual obligations.

Experience and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
