Role Overview

PepsiCo is seeking a CCTV Operator to join its team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for maintaining the security of company property and buildings. The operator will be responsible for monitoring security systems and responding to potential threats or emergencies to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain security presence at gates and verify credentials of persons seeking entry.
• Conduct periodic inspections around the perimeters of the property, checking door locks and windows.
• Perform periodic inspections within plants and offices, notifying the nearest manager or supervisor in case of emergency.
• Notify authorities of suspicious activity or emergency situations, then inform the nearest manager or supervisor.
• Implement, sustain, and participate in the continual improvement of the Security (PGS-SSR) by submitting daily reports (Access control, LP Reports, Management System (MS)) for the area of responsibility. This includes adherence to legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS, relevant Security CAT standards, and EHS standards, ensuring proper controls for security hazards and risks, and achieving EHS targets.
• Operate CCTV and other security devices.
• Direct security personnel during shifts.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of emergency procedures for fire, trespassing, and other critical situations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the overall safety and security framework of PepsiCo operations.
