About the Role

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its Human Resources Company in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves leading the company's strategic growth, expanding its market presence, and enhancing overall business performance. The CEO will be responsible for driving the company's vision within the Saudi HR market.

Role Overview

The CEO will provide executive leadership, focusing on the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the human resources company. This position requires a strong understanding of the Saudi HR market and an established network within the sector to foster strategic partnerships and secure commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the company's overall strategy, operations, and business development initiatives.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all business units.
Oversee core HR services including recruitment, manpower outsourcing, staffing, and general workforce solutions.
Develop strategic partnerships and secure major commercial contracts within the HR sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the human resources industry.
Oversee financial performance, corporate governance, risk management, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead executive teams to ensure the achievement of defined business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience.
Experience in HR services, manpower outsourcing, or workforce solutions is highly preferred.
A strong and established network within the Saudi HR industry.
In-depth knowledge of the Saudi labor market and relevant regulations.
Proven track record in driving business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, requiring a leader capable of navigating the dynamic human resources landscape in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.
