About the Program

The Chaingers: Operations Leadership Program is a flagship talent initiative at Henkel, designed for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations. This program offers a high-impact opportunity for individuals ready to accelerate their careers and assume greater responsibilities within operational leadership. The role is based full-time at our Dammam Plant in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep, hands-on expertise across end-to-end operations, including production, operational excellence, Smart Factory initiatives, digital transformation, and people leadership.
• Lead and contribute to critical projects focused on driving optimization, efficiency, safety, and performance on the shopfloor.
• Collaborate closely with plant leadership to implement improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to Henkel’s digital transformation and sustainability goals through manufacturing work.
• Engage in regional and global upskilling opportunities to enhance operational knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Program Structure and Development

• Participate in an 18-month immersive journey structured to deepen operational expertise and accelerate leadership growth.
• Gain structured exposure across key operational areas such as production, engineering, supply chain, quality, lean, strategy, and people leadership.
• Achieve Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and apply its principles in real business contexts.
• Join a global cohort of high-potential talent, collaborating with peers from various regions to share perspectives and learn best practices.
• Start with a permanent contract and a competitive package, with progression into a people leadership role upon successful completion of the program.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Production/Manufacturing).
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production, or plant-based roles, preferably within the manufacturing or chemical industry.

Work Environment and Language

This is a full-time, plant-based role located at our Dammam facility; remote or hybrid work arrangements are not applicable for this program. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
