District Manager Pharma (Poultry)

About the Role

Klybeck Life Sciences MENA is seeking a District Manager Pharma (Poultry) for a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role is responsible for all poultry pharmaceutical sales within the Eastern Region, covering farms, integrators, veterinary clinics, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, collection, and market share targets for the Eastern Region.
• Plan and conduct regular visits to poultry farms, hatcheries, veterinarians, and distributors.
• Identify and develop new customers, expanding coverage across the district.
• Promote the product portfolio, support field trials, and coordinate technical service with the technical team.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, stock, and receivables within the district.
• Collect market intelligence on disease patterns, competitor products, and prices.
• Submit weekly visit plans and monthly district performance reports to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine.
• 5–7 years of experience in veterinary pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a district or area role focused on poultry.
• Good knowledge of the poultry market and customer base in the Eastern Region.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and self-management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic; good command of English.
• Valid Saudi driving license.

Location

The successful candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Dammam.
