DML Order Management Expert (Spare Parts) Siemens Energy

About the Role

Siemens Energy is seeking a DML Order Management Expert (Spare Parts) to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role targets experienced professionals with 5-10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, particularly within the energy or industrial sectors. The position focuses on streamlining the spare parts ordering process to ensure timely delivery and meet customer expectations, directly contributing to client satisfaction and Siemens Energy’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end spare parts ordering process, from customer order release through to delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, warehouse, technical, and customer service to ensure accurate and timely delivery fulfillment.
• Ensure adherence to customer orders, contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and internal processes.
• Maintain records within SAP or other ERP systems and generate order reports.
• Responsible for revenue forecasting, fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), availability checks, and parts lifecycle management.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide proactive updates regarding order status.
• Identify process bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Responsible for the development and training of subordinates to ensure maximum performance and knowledge sharing.
• Comply strictly with Siemens Energy Compliance, Quality, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of professional experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Background in the energy or industrial sectors is preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems for record maintenance and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end ordering processes.
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams.
