About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking an Endodontics Registrar to join its medical team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of injuries and illnesses within the Endodontics department. The Registrar will be integral to delivering patient care, from initial assessment through to treatment planning and patient education.

Core Responsibilities

• Examine patients, take comprehensive medical histories, and accurately document findings.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests to inform patient care decisions.
• Prescribe appropriate medications for patient treatment.
• Design and execute individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients on their health conditions, required investigations, treatment options, and medication use.
• Counsel patients on diet, hygiene, and preventive healthcare relevant to their specific cases.
• Fulfill all obligations related to maintaining accurate patient records.
• Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Professional Standards and Development

• Adhere to all Nahdi Care Clinics (NCC) Policies and Procedures (P&P), Bylaws, Strategic Plan, Rules & Regulations, and the mission, vision, goals, and practice guidelines of NCC.
• Comply with CBAHI standards of care and participate in continuous quality improvement activities to ensure Clinical, MOH, and CBAHI quality standards are met.
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with other NCC departments, local agencies, vendors, patients, and their families.
• Actively participate in all NCC Committees and Task Forces to which assigned.
• Participate in the continuous professional development of all junior staff and maintain an evidence-based approach to practice.
• Integrate population factors such as heritage, environment, and disease prevalence into patient care.
• Develop, participate in, and support active Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs for the Section, Department, or Clinic as assigned by the chairman, which may include rounds, conferences, lectures, and journal clubs.
• Complete all fire safety requirements.
• Comply with clinical and departmental structure standards, including attendance policies.

Specialty-Specific Privileges

• Exercise specific clinical privileges based on individual training, experience, skills, and in accordance with the guidelines of the Saudi Health Council.
• Perform additional tasks as dictated by specialty requirements and approved clinical privileges.

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience is required for this Registrar position.

Work Environment

This role is based 100% indoors within the clinic setting. The work schedule consists of 6 working days per week, with 1 day off. Daily working hours are 8 net hours, following a shift schedule approved by the head of the department.
