About the Role: Field Quality Leader

Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Field Quality Leader in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position targets individuals with 5-10 years of experience in mechanical or industrial engineering, coupled with a strong background in field service operations. The Field Quality Leader will be responsible for leading projects aimed at reducing Avoidable Non-Conformance Costs (NCC) and improving fleet reliability within the Gas Services value chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the reduction of Avoidable NCC by identifying systemic quality gaps and process inefficiencies.
• Lead the deployment of Field Quality and Tooling Quality strategies in alignment with business priorities.
• Investigate significant fleet issues and customer complaints, ensuring effective root cause analysis.
• Analyze fleet data and customer feedback to identify emerging risks and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops to promote preventive actions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop management reports and dashboards to highlight quality trends and improvement actions.

About the Team

The Field Quality Leader will join the Gas Services division, which focuses on low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. This division encompasses all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators, offering modernization and digitalization opportunities to the fleet.
