Role Overview: Field Supervisor I DRS

The Field Supervisor I DRS, within the Integrated Well Services (IWS) team, will execute activities for projects or Centers of Excellence in accordance with the guidelines and processes defined in the IWS Management System. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and requires adherence to international and/or local standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support, mentoring, supervision, and guidance to Field Engineers to ensure daily wellsite work activities are completed.
• Oversee all drilling and completion operations at the field or extraction site, ensuring drilling work is completed efficiently.
• Manage cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects for customers.
• Support external customers and cross-functional teams at the wellsite by providing technical knowledge and direction as needed.
• Analyze and interpret system information and data to provide effective resolutions for complex problems encountered at the wellsite.
• Ensure work is verified to enable successful customer delivery and sign-off of agreed work objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a drilling supervisor or in Integrated Service roles.

Essential Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers.
• Fluency in English (oral and written) and excellent all-round communication capabilities.
• Ability to travel at short notice and work away from home for extended periods.
