HR Officer Tamheer Role Overview

Sigma Paints Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR Officer Tamheer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on strategic recruitment, workforce planning, and talent development. The HR Officer will contribute to building employer branding, enhancing employee capabilities through training, and supporting succession planning initiatives to foster a sustainable talent pipeline and a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and business needs.
Collaborate with managers to identify short-term and long-term talent needs, create workforce plans, and support succession planning efforts.
Promote the organization as an employer of choice through career fairs, partnerships with universities, and social media campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience
