About the Role

Clariant Ali Al Abdullah Al Tamimi Co. Ltd is seeking an HR Specialist to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews, to attract talent aligned with company culture and values.
• Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires, providing necessary tools and resources for smooth integration.
• Conduct employee training sessions focused on skill enhancement and compliance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote employee engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning.
• Handle employee relations issues, offering guidance and support while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data protection compliance.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify organizational improvement areas.
• Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives aligned with strategic goals.

Required Experience

• 1-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
