HSE Analyst

About the Role

Applicantz is seeking an experienced HSE Analyst to join a leading organization in Dammam, Eastern Region. This contract role requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience who can effectively combine on-field HSE expertise with strong analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both site auditing and KPI report generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HSE data to enhance workplace safety and environmental performance.
• Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and prepare comprehensive compliance reports.
• Track quarterly EHS KPIs, PPE acknowledgements, and audit documentation.
• Perform formal reviews of site operations to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and audit HSE databases, records, and safety statistics.
• Coordinate with various departments on injury prevention strategies and programs.
• Deliver HSE training and support hazard analysis across all site activities.
• Organize and track HSE campaigns and contractor submissions.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) roles, demonstrating a proven track record in both operational and analytical aspects of HSE management.

Work Type and Location

This is a contract position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region. The role requires a blend of on-site presence for audits and investigations, alongside office-based analytical and reporting tasks.
