About the Role

Group AMANA is seeking motivated Saudi Jr. Site Engineers (Civil & MEP) to join project teams in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of construction experience. The successful candidate will support site execution activities and contribute to the timely delivery of fast-track Design & Build projects, including industrial facilities, warehouses, manufacturing plants, commercial developments, and data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities within the assigned Civil or MEP discipline, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Support the execution of fast-track Design & Build projects.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and coordinated construction drawings.
• Coordinate with project management, design, procurement, planning, quality, and HSE teams to maintain efficient site workflow.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, workforce productivity, material availability, and progress against the approved construction program.
• Conduct site inspections to verify work meets engineering standards, project specifications, quality requirements, and client expectations.
• Identify technical issues, drawing discrepancies, and site constraints, and coordinate with relevant teams for timely solutions.
• Ensure materials and equipment delivered to the site comply with approved technical submittals and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines to resolve interface and installation issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, site records, inspection requests, RFIs, and other required project documentation.
• Participate in site meetings, progress reviews, inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities, as applicable.
• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental requirements and promote safe working practices across the site.
• Support the timely completion of assigned activities while maintaining required standards of safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or Construction Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 0-1 year of construction experience.
• Experience in industrial and commercial construction environments is preferred.
