About the Librarian – Evening Shift Role

Alasala Colleges is seeking a Librarian – Evening Shift to manage and oversee daily library operations during evening hours. This full-time role involves assisting students and faculty, managing circulation services, and maintaining an organized library environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily library operations during the evening shift.
Assist students and faculty in locating books, references, and academic resources.
Handle library circulation services, including borrowing, returning, and renewing materials.
Maintain accurate and organized library records, catalogs, and databases.
Ensure proper arrangement, classification, and organization of library materials.
Respond to library inquiries and provide timely and professional assistance.
Monitor library facilities and ensure compliance with library policies and procedures.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to support library services.
Prepare library reports, records, and related documentation as required.
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth library operations.
