About the Role

Crown Holdings is seeking a Machine & Floor Cleaning professional to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of machinery and production areas within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a similar industrial cleaning capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, sweepers, and power washers.
Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of floors, walls, and machinery.
Clean and sanitize production equipment, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Remove debris, waste, and spills from production areas.
Empty and clean waste receptacles.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Assist with other general labor tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in industrial cleaning or a similar role is preferred.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot cleaning equipment.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Required Skills and Attributes

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
Good communication skills.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
