Role Overview

As the Operations Coordinator for the Eastern Province, you will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics, order fulfillment, and operational workflows across the region. This full-time role serves as the primary regional liaison among sales, procurement, transporters, and customers, ensuring seamless material delivery, accurate system documentation, and reliable supply chain execution on the Brkz platform. The position is based in Dammam.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities for the Dammam region, ensuring smooth order execution and coordinating across sales, logistics, procurement, and customer service teams.
• Coordinate order fulfillment between suppliers, transporters, and customers in the Eastern region, including assigning deliveries on the Brkz platform and managing bulk material deliveries split across multiple truckloads.
• Monitor delivery schedules, follow up on new purchase orders for Dammam-located orders, and promptly address any delays or issues.
• Accurately close deliveries and orders in the system on time, ensuring all supporting documents, such as delivery notes and Fasah permit numbers, are recorded as issued.
• Track and manage orders, deliveries, and stock replenishment schedules, liaising with warehouse teams for correct dispatching and coordinating material storage, distribution, and movement.
• Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with the supply chain team to ensure material availability.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, deliveries, and transportation costs using trackers and dashboards (*, Metabase).
• Prepare regular reports on regional operational performance, highlighting areas for improvement, and support operations leads with reporting and analysis.
• Serve as the regional point of contact for transporters, suppliers, and customers regarding operational issues, order inquiries, and delivery status, resolving discrepancies, returns, or delays professionally.
• Ensure effective communication with the central operations team in Riyadh and other regions via approved channels (Slack, WhatsApp, platform notifications).

Required Experience

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
• Proven ability to manage complex operational workflows and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, delivery management, and inventory support.
• Experience in data management, reporting, and using operational tracking tools.
