The Role: Supply Chain Operations Coordinator Tamheer

The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator Tamheer will provide essential support to the Supply Chain team, focusing on the coordination and monitoring of daily warehouse and logistics activities. This position is designed for a detail-oriented individual eager to contribute to operational efficiency and develop a career in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring daily warehouse and logistics operations and support coordination activities.
• Support the Supply Chain team in day-to-day operational activities related to warehouse, inventory, and logistics.
• Extract and analyze operational data from Power BI reports and Excel files.
• Prepare simple reports and dashboards to track logistics and warehouse performance.
• Identify operational trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities from available data.
• Support the Supply Chain team with data entry, documentation, and routine operational analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

• Fresh graduate with 0-1 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of warehouse and logistics operations, with academic or practical/COOP exposure preferred.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work with data and reports effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within Supply Chain operations.

Work Environment
