About the Role

Leidos Arabia is seeking a Logistical Supply Analyst to join their team in Khamīs Mushayţ, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position supports the Royal Saudi Naval Forces and involves managing logistical supply chain operations. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a related field, offering a salary range of $45,*** - $82,****

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain open order files for outstanding purchase materials, primarily supporting USN and SAIC CAM incoming shipments.
  • Distribute incoming shipment information (*, Airway bill, DD 1149 details) to the RSNF Logistics officer for customs clearance arrangements.
  • Arrange return RMA shipments for equipment repair or exchange to vendors.
  • Track outstanding purchase materials for the Naval Support Center (NSC) by maintaining open purchase order files.
  • Ensure all received materials conform to purchase order or contract specifications and quantities, and process related procurement receipt documents.
  • Perform receipt, check-in, and inspection of all incoming materials, including Material Turned-Into Store (MTIS).
  • Investigate material receipt overages, shortages, or damages and initiate necessary corrective actions and correspondence.
  • Prepare and distribute rejection notices, material inspection reports, Reports of Discrepancy (RODs), and invoices related to material receipts.
  • Segregate received materials for storage or direct turnover to customers as required.
  • Identify shelf-life items and ensure timely issuance before expiration dates (*, Toner Cartridges).
  • Prepare the Monthly Supply Report.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly shipment status reports to relevant personnel.
  • Prepare monthly logistics activities reports and submit them to IKM and SAIC admin office.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Logistics Officer related to US Navy and SAIC CAM equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing Contractor Acquired Materials (CAMs), including receiving, auditing against delivery manifests, and tracking via spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work closely with Gilbert on the CAM lifecycle.
  • Participation in the 5 PM Engineering Synch meetings every Wednesday.
  • Proficiency in providing weekly status reports by close of business on Thursdays.
  • Experience responding to emails from US Navy Logistics POCs, tracking, and managing materials.
  • Capability to conduct physical inventory and audits of materials.
  • Strong communication skills for timely interactions with O&M, USN, and RSNF personnel.
  • Demonstrated responsiveness, proactivity, and ability to work independently.
