About the Role: Associate Supply Chain
TMC Middle East is seeking an Associate Supply Chain to manage day-to-day inventory and supply chain operations within healthcare facilities. This contract position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is essential for ensuring the consistent availability of both medical and non-medical supplies.
Role Purpose and Impact
The Associate Supply Chain plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency to support uninterrupted clinical services. This involves implementing proper stock control practices, adhering to SFDA regulations and FEFO/FIFO principles, and meticulously recording all supply chain transactions within the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and track expiry dates.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Process material requests, stock transfers, and distribution activities.
- Support demand planning through consumption monitoring and replenishment requests.
- Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded in the ERP system on the same day.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and prepare inventory-related reports.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, clinical teams, finance, and external suppliers.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: 2-4 years in supply chain, inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials management, preferably within a healthcare or regulated environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications (Preferred): CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented supply chain professional with strong inventory management and ERP system experience. This individual must be capable of operating effectively within a healthcare environment, committed to ensuring compliance, maintaining high stock accuracy, and supporting uninterrupted clinical operations through effective coordination and proactive inventory control.
