Located in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically in Dammam, the company operates an advanced facility specializing in sand mold casting and open-mold forging. This facility is designed to produce up to 60,000 tons per year, serving both local and international customers in the oil and gas sector and other heavy industries. The company also supports drilling rigs, drilling equipment, and serves the marine and engine industries, offering opportunities to engage with advanced industrial technologies and large-scale manufacturing projects.

The Operator Role

The Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam. This position is central to the production process, involving the operation and monitoring of casting and forging equipment. The Operator will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes adhere to established specifications and safety standards within a heavy industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring casting and forging equipment.
• Preparing materials and molds for production.
• Ensuring production processes comply with established specifications and safety standards.
• Inspecting machinery and performing basic adjustments as needed.
• Reporting equipment issues to appropriate teams.
• Maintaining accurate production records.
• Following work instructions and coordinating with supervisors and maintenance teams.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in productivity and product quality.
• Adhering to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Dammam, Eastern Province. The role operates within a heavy industrial environment, requiring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
