The Oracle Finance Transformation Senior Manager Role

Accenture is seeking an Oracle Finance Transformation Senior Manager to join its team in Dammam. This full-time role is integral to the Finance Transformation practice, focusing on enabling clients to rapidly reinvent their finance functions. The Senior Manager will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional experts to deliver technology-enabled transformations, primarily leveraging ERP platforms such as Oracle to drive sustainable value and enhance resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact finance transformation programs for global clients, collaborating with CFOs and senior executives to define and execute end-to-end transformation agendas that deliver measurable business value.
• Reinvent finance functions through digital and Oracle-enabled transformation, utilizing technologies such as ERP, AI, and automation to improve efficiency, insight, and agility across the enterprise.
• Address complex business challenges with rigor and innovation, applying structured problem-solving, advanced analytics, and value-driven thinking to develop practical, outcomes-focused solutions.
• Design and facilitate executive-level workshops and co-creation sessions, employing design thinking and agile methodologies to foster innovation and expedite client decision-making.
• Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor who consistently delivers tangible impact.
• Contribute to market growth by leading proposals, identifying expansion opportunities, and developing compelling transformation narratives that position Accenture as a preferred partner.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Finance practice by creating differentiated offerings, reusable assets, and thought leadership in digital finance, AI-driven transformation, and CFO agenda priorities.
• Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within multidisciplinary environments.
• Maintain expertise in finance innovation, continuously building knowledge in Oracle ERP, finance transformation, AI, and emerging technologies to provide clients with the latest capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Higher Diploma.
• No prior experience required.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex transformation programs.
• Proficiency in leveraging ERP platforms, particularly Oracle, for finance function reinvention.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to apply structured thinking to ambiguous challenges.
• Experience in facilitating executive-level workshops and co-creation sessions.
• Capability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of digital finance, AI, and automation technologies in a finance context.
