The Role of Procurement Coordinator

3C Metal is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join its team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting procurement and administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations and supplier management for both 3C Metal and its agency partner, AET.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and track Purchase Orders (PO) for 3C Metal and AET through the GX SYSTEM.
• Complete and manage supplier documentation.
• Provide administrative support, including managing marketing services, purchasing, and maintenance of office equipment and pantry supplies.
• Handle petty cash, track purchases, and process related transactions.
• Generate and submit monthly reports.
• Translate 3C Metal invoices and ensure compliance with Zacat requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding vendor registration and invoice processing.
• Maintain various trackers, including Flight tracker, PO Tracker, and Expense claim tracker.
• Assist the Admin Coordinator with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and staff accommodation maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
