About the Opportunity

OHLA Group is seeking a Saudi National Procurement & Logistic Officer to join our team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to our operational success, focusing on the efficient management of procurement and logistics activities within the company.

Role Summary

The Procurement & Logistic Officer will play a crucial role in supporting OHLA Group's projects by ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This involves strategic engagement with suppliers and meticulous management of purchasing processes to maintain operational continuity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Sourcing and identifying potential suppliers for various goods and services.
• Obtaining and evaluating quotations from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Preparing and processing purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Managing and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates applying for this position should meet the following essential qualifications and experience:

• A minimum of 2-5 years of previous experience in a procurement role.
• Experience within the construction or contracting industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, and purchase order preparation.
