Production Planner

About the Role

Al Shuwayer Group of Companies is seeking a Production Planner to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Production Planner will be responsible for developing and managing production plans to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure material and drawing availability.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans to meet delivery targets.
• Identify and resolve planning constraints, bottlenecks, and capacity issues.
• Ensure proper load vs. capacity balancing across machines and production lines.
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, plan adherence, and production efficiency.
• Prepare and present production reports to management.
• Work closely with shop floor supervisors to ensure execution as per plan.
• Maintain accurate data in the ERP system.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in production planning or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage complex production schedules.
• Experience with ERP systems for data management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, where the Production Planner will collaborate with various departments including engineering, procurement, and production teams to achieve operational goals.
