PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Production Team Leader to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves overseeing production activities and ensuring operational efficiency within the manufacturing environment.

Key technical skills are essential for this role, focusing on manufacturing processes, quality, and operational effectiveness:

• Condition Monitoring: Observing asset status and using real-time data to optimize maintenance resources and minimize downtime.
• Lean Manufacturing Principles: Implementation of Lean principles such as Just In Time (JIT), Six Sigma, 5S, and PDCA.
• Machine Operation: Expert-level ability to operate production machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintenance Practice: Basic knowledge of machinery, spare parts, and tools used in maintenance.
• Manufacturing Knowledge: Understanding of Napco National's machines, tools, labor, and the process of transforming raw materials into finished goods.
• Occupational Health and Safety: Application of health and safety policies, regulations, and procedures to protect personnel and property.
• Production Competitiveness: Basic ability to develop new products and enhance design solutions for improved aesthetics, ergonomics, usability, and marketability.
• Production Effectiveness: Developing and enhancing processes, tools, and training to respond to customer needs and market changes while controlling output, quality, and cost.
• Production Efficiency: Generating required output with minimal resources.
• Production Scheduling: Advanced ability to schedule production activities to minimize time and cost while maximizing operational efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Monitoring and evaluating the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards and drive improvements.

Experience Required

Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience in a production environment, demonstrating a strong background in the competencies listed above.
