The Role: Regional Process Engineering Manager

Henkel is seeking a Regional Process Engineering Manager to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a full-time position requiring over 10 years of experience. The manager will collaborate with various teams across the IMEA region to enhance manufacturing capabilities, implement advanced technologies, and support strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Lead engineering projects, including process upgrades, capital investments, and operational excellence programs.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and reliability.
• Collaborate with site, regional, and global teams to standardize best practices and implement innovative solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and engineering standards across all activities.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
