Relationship Manager Affluent Banking

About the Role

Riyad Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager Affluent Banking to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with affluent banking customers, offering tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring credit quality.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to manage and grow relationships with affluent banking clients. This involves selling and cross-selling banking products and services, providing solutions that meet client needs, and achieving set sales and revenue targets. A key aspect of the role is to consistently maintain high credit quality within the affluent banking credit portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure consistent and controlled work execution.
• Manage day-to-day operations related to the role to ensure continuity of work and service delivery.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets for both existing and new customers, ensuring customer profitability targets are met.
• Provide support to maintain high credit quality across the Affluent Banking credit portfolio at all times.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and practices, incorporating international best practices, business process enhancements, cost reduction, and productivity improvements.
• Assist in preparing timely and accurate reports for Riyad Bank, ensuring compliance with company and department requirements, policies, and standards.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in banking, specifically within relationship management or affluent client services.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia, contributing to Riyad Bank's Affluent Banking division.
