Napco National is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position is crucial for driving sales and maintaining strong customer relationships within an assigned territory, contributing directly to the company's market presence.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, promoting the company's extensive product range, and ensuring effective sales operations. This role requires proactive engagement with customers, meticulous reporting, and adherence to company policies to support overall sales objectives and market growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell the widest range of company products to assigned customers and provide feedback on competitor activities within the area.
• Ensure proper implementation of planograms in retail environments.
• Issue special order requests upon customer need.
• Collect invoices in accordance with the company’s aging policy.
• Prepare all necessary documents for the call cycle or business review before market visits.
• Detect and report new potential customers in the area to the team leader.
• Engage with all potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader for resolution.
• Present customer orders to the team leader and daily collection reports to the distributor or accountant.
• Issue return forms for defective products, if available, and obtain approval from the superior before actual return.
• Report any problems or objections that occurred and could not be handled to the team leader.
• Review customer account reconciliations on a quarterly basis and secure customer signatures or approvals.
• Perform inventory checks during every visit, covering both warehouses and shelves.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum High School degree.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar or related sales field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves regular field visits and direct interaction with customers, requiring a dynamic and proactive approach.
