Sales Executive

About the Role

Al-Qahtani Pipe Coating Industries (AQPCI) is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role is responsible for fostering client relationships, driving profitable sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with both current and prospective clients. This involves consistent communication, providing technical assistance, and developing customized coating solutions. A key aspect of the role is to establish new accounts and maximize client satisfaction through effective proposal development and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers through technical assistance, engagement, and frequent personal contact.
• Develop and present proposals to clients.
• Define, monitor, and control production projects.
• Update the proposal log.
• Develop customized coating solutions in coordination with the Research and Technical Support Department (RTSD).
• Review clients’ tender documents, isometric drawings, and specifications.
• Develop techno-commercial proposals for clients.
• Stay informed about competitors’ products and services and assist in developing market and pricing strategies.
• Obtain raw material prices from suppliers for costing purposes.
• Generate material forecast needs documents.
• Coordinate the review of project requirements and specifications with other departments.
• Arrange production scheduling with concerned departments.
• Monitor operations and delivery times per project.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, where the Sales Executive will work within a dynamic environment focused on client engagement and sales growth for Al-Qahtani Pipe Coating Industries.
