About Destination Route and the Role

Destination Route, a logistics services company, is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position dedicated to expanding our client base and promoting our comprehensive logistics solutions. The role requires a Saudi national with practical experience specifically within the logistics services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract new clients and actively develop the existing customer base.
• Market shipping and various logistics services to corporate clients.
• Prepare and follow up on price quotations through to contract finalization.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with clients.
• Coordinate effectively with the operations team to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Achieve established sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for an ambitious individual with a proven track record in the logistics services sector. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to acquire new clients, cultivate professional relationships, and consistently meet sales objectives. A proactive approach to market engagement and client management is essential for this role.

Essential Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Previous sales experience within the logistics services sector, including shipping, transport, customs clearance, warehousing, or supply chain management. Applications from outside this sector will not be considered.
• High-level communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Demonstrated ability to attract clients and successfully close deals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English is required for effective communication with clients and international agents.
• Possession of a valid driving license.
• Current residency in the Eastern Region.
